How it works

From application to first class

Applying to DIT is a simple, four-step process guided by our admissions team from start to finish.

  1. Apply

    Complete the application form below with your details, course, and preferred delivery stream.

  2. Counsellor contact

    An admissions counsellor reviews your application and reaches out by phone or WhatsApp within 1–2 business days.

  3. Confirm stream & fees

    We confirm your delivery stream, intake date, and total fee, then guide you through payment.

  4. Start

    Once payment is confirmed, you're enrolled and ready to begin class on your chosen stream.

Intensive

Fast-paced, full-day sessions for learners who want to complete a course in the shortest possible time.

Regular Morning

Weekday morning classes — a steady pace suited to students and those with flexible daytime schedules.

Regular Evening

Weekday evening classes designed around a typical working day, for professionals upskilling after work.

Weekend

Saturday sessions for those who can only commit time away from work or school on weekends.

Questions before you apply

Who can apply to DIT?

Anyone with basic computer literacy can apply to our beginner courses — no prior design or software experience is needed. Advanced courses such as the CPP review have specific prerequisites, listed on each course page.

How long does the admissions process take?

An admissions counsellor reviews your application and contacts you by phone or WhatsApp within 1–2 business days to confirm your delivery stream, intake date and fee. Once payment is confirmed you are enrolled.

What delivery streams can I choose from?

Intensive (full-day, fastest completion), Regular Morning, Regular Evening (after work) and Weekend (Saturday) streams. Not every course runs on every stream — admissions confirms availability for your course.

Where are classes held?

At DIT's campus on the 1st Floor of Obrapa House, Atico Junction, Kaneshie–Mallam Highway, Accra. Selected courses are also available online through DIT Virtual Learning.

Can I apply before deciding on a course?

Yes. Submit the form with your best guess and tell us you are undecided — an admissions counsellor will help you choose between the CAD, IT, project management, security & safety and TVET programmes.
